One-to-one support after a loss. We look at where you are today and what would help you carry it, at home, with your children and for yourself.
A therapist can diagnose and treat conditions such as depression or trauma. A coach doesn't. Coaching is about support, practical tools and next steps in daily life. Plenty of people have both, and if a therapist or doctor is what you need, I'll say so.
Neither. Some parents reach out in the first weeks. Others come years later, when a milestone brings it all back. Grief has no deadline.

We start with a free 15 minute discovery call. After that, a 60 minute session is $95 and a 90 minute session is $135. The 12 week program is $1,050, and you can pay it in 3 payments of $350.
